Summary: Very close to the original game for the PS3, . Looks very pretty, dialog and characters are just as corny, but the game play is still great, deep, fresh (a variant of the turn based style I haven't seen in any other game).
Summary: I didn't think sega could top the first Valkyria Chronicles but they have with this sequel. More of the same great strategy gameplay with added customization and depth, characters that are even better than the first with specific missions that flesh out they're personality.
Summary: The game plays like a tactical RPG. The battle mechanism is a hybrid of real time and turn-based. It sounds strange, but it works remarkably well. I was once a skeptic, but Sega did something special here.
Summary: Firstly, Valkyria Chronicles 2 is not as good as the first game. However, that does not make it a bad game. Judged on its own merits, this is a great game. If you want more Valkyria Chronicles in the states, this is the best you're going to get.
