Summary: Fans of the Jak & Daxter series of games have been waiting for a new platforming title with the two characters for a while now. Although this one doesn't quite live up to the glory of the previous installments, I still found it to be an enjoyable title that's worthy of the Jak & Daxter brand. Of course the plot is all about Eco; this mystical substance, available in crystal and liquid form, that powers everything on the planet and gives Jak his special powers.
Summary: No. Terrible gameplay, followed up by terrible graphics, followed up by more equally terrible gameplay. Why this game was ever created, I have no idea. I asked myself numerous times during the course of this "game" if I was wasting my life. Turns out I was. The game developers went out of their way to make this game terrible. I apologize to the critics at all review companies for having to play this game. It is just awful. An embarrassment to gaming around the world.
Summary: I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED BY A GAME IN MY LIFE THEN PLAYING THIS ONE. IT TOTALLY THROUGH AWAY THE STORY THAT WAS LEFT OFF BY THE 3 ORIGINALS AND PUT IT THE TRASH CAN. AND THAT IS THE WORST MISTAKE THEY COULD HAVE EVER DONE EVER!!!!!!! THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY THEY DID RIGHT IS BRING BACK ALL THE ECO THAT WAS PRETTY COOL, EVEN THOUGH YOU COULDN'T COLLECT ECO.
Summary: I loved the original series full of an in-depth story full of interesting characters and plots, but this is the misfit of the series. For all those who haven't realized, this game is not by the original creators (Naughty Dog), but by High Impact Games. These people act like they have never even played any of the previous games even once. Unlike the second and third game, you only get one form of every equip on the morph gun (which is now a staff...
Summary: When this little abomination hit store shelves, I was excited. I had beaten all the previous games in the series and being a huge fan of it and Naughty Dog franchises, I was pumped. I had received this game as a gift and as I unwrapped it to place the disc in my PS2, I noticed the lack of the Naughty Dog logo. At first, I thought nothing of it and tried to stay positive about the game I had been waiting a long time to play. Oh, oh, oh.....I have never been more wrong.
Summary: i am a huge fan of this series, played every game except Daxter cause i lake a psp, i was excited to get ahold of this game. and i was disappointed with it, very disappointed. if your new to the series or just looking for a time killer, go ahead and get it, if your an old fan, dont buy it. it does not live up to the other games. :/ i was so happy when i sold it. thats just my opinion. maybe other fans have different opinions.
Summary: They really messed this game up. Naughty Dog should have made this game but NO they had to make Uncharted. I would kind of recommend it to a person who likes Jak and Daxter though. I own it 4 psp I don't think there is a difference though.
Summary: I wasn't surprised that this game wasn't could. I predicted this after naughty dog sold the series. The whole flying thing was pretty cool but the story was terrible. It might of been good coming from another game but it was a real big let down for the jak fans. And the change in voices let me down. But at least we can all be glad for the HD REMAKE coming in FEBRUARY!!!!!!! .
Summary: This game was a complete waste of money. From beginning to end I was waiting for the game to get good, but it never did. I cant imagine the PSP version being any better. There isn't really anything positive to say about it.
