BAD GPS

II bought this GPS for a travel to New York City from Toronto, I had a really bad experience with this GPS. On the way to NY City, it worked fine without any issue. The problem started on second day. On that day, it told me I was 1257km away from NY. I was shock since the hotel I stayed in Fair Lawn is only 20 mile away from Time Sqaure. I decided to ignore it and drove to a mall and tried it again. This time, it stucked at calculation of 80% without any progress. Read more

This is the base model. Check the garmin website to be sure that you are getting the model you want. eg. The 1350LMT comes with lifetime maps and traffic meaning that you get free updates as they become available. You pay for updates with the base model and updates to maps cost $89 each. Read more
